There will be a concession stand with food and drink available at reasonable prices. Coffee and breakfast food will be available as will pizza and lunch food. We encourage you to use our concession stand. Healthy choices will be available.

Please bring a good attitude. This is a fun filled day. Parents please set a good example for your children. Being a good sport and demonstrating good sportsmanship will make the day more enjoyable for everyone. Please be a gratious winner or looser as well as being respectful of or staff and referees at the event.

Each team should coordinate bringing a colored shirt that is not navy blue. Our event shirts are navy blue this year so please bring a shirt that is a different color. Teams can wear either the navy blue event shirt or the thier own different color shirt to distiguish themselves during game play.

Many teams make thier own shirts, either by tie-dye, marker, iron-on etc. It is remarkable to see the creativity some teams put into thier jersey.

Please bring a basketball and make sure your name is on it. We have game balls for the games but you may wish to use your own ball for the clinic and warm-ups

Please bring a sweat shirt and sweat pants to keep wam between games

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cameras are welcome, we encourage you to make the day a memory by taking pictures.

We may have a photo studio set up on site again this year to take taking team photo's in as well as candid photos throughout the day. Coaches and parents are encouraged to be in the team photographs.
